WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
Skull Tribes accepts most Credit Cards as payment options. You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server and purchase directly on skulltribes.com.
We do not accept payments over the phone or via emails.
Cancellation
CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY AN ORDER?
You are allowed to cancel or modify the order item within 24 hours since the order was placed.
• If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact our customer service at info@skulltribes.com. Please include the order number of the item(s) that you would like to cancel or modify to ensure accuracy.
• Please understand that if your order has been processed already, you cannot cancel or modify it.
• If you insist to cancel a processing order, you might be charged 25% of the payment to cover product material cost.

What is the Delivery Shipping Time?
PLEASE NOTE: that there are severe shipping disruptions due to Covid-19. International and Domestic Deliveries have been delayed significantly.
Please allow 7-9 days to receive a tracking number while your order is hand-crafted, packaged and shipped from our facility.
• Free Shipping Delivery Time Estimates: 2 - 4 weeks after receiving a tracking number.
• DHL Express Delivery Time Estimates: 3-8 Days after receiving a tracking number.

•All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the merchandise is dutiable and the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country's laws. You should contact your local customs office for further information, because Custom policies vary a lot from country to country. In addition, when ordering from skulltribes.com, you are considered the importer of the goods and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the packages.

WHAT IS PRODUCTION TIME OF ALL PRODUCTS?
All of our printed products are custom-made-to-order and handcrafted to the highest quality standards.
Please allow average 3-7 days manufacturer time for your custom printed products. Your designs are brilliantly displayed across a tried and tested high-quality products range by utilising cutting-edge printing facilities.
PRODUCTION LEAD TIME
• Shoes Production Time: 5-7 days
• Bags Production Time: 4-6 days
• Apparels Production Time: 4-7 days
• Umbrella Production Time: 3-6 days
• Accessories Production Time: 3-6 days
• Home Products Production Time: 3-6 days
• Generally speaking, we will strive to print and produce all orders in a week time.
•Mix & Match order requires even longer production time due to across-department manufacturing processing.
Why the colours are different from the digital design?
There are various factors that influence the final appearance of colours on a printed product.
→ Fabric material
→ Garment colour
Because of the above, we cannot guarantee colour accuracy 100%.
ALL COLOURS ARE SUBJECT TO THE ACTUAL PRODUCTS. We may not be able to avoid a little COLOUR DIFFERENTIATION caused when printing.
How do you print Items?
There are mainly 2 different ways of printing:
1. Applying ink using Sublimation.
*We use sublimation on most of our hand-made product range such as custom shoes, all-over-print apparels, home products, accessories and so on. It involves printing ink onto a very special transfer material and then applying that print to the item with heat transfer processing. Sublimation results in very vibrant colours. Never fades or cracks!
2. Printing ink with a Direct-To-Garment digital printer.
*This is the method we use for DTG Apparel Printing. It involves state-of-the-art digital printers printing high quality ink directly onto your item. *Items like Leather Bags, DTG Tshirts, DTG Hoodies, Canvas Prints are printed by this way. .
*In conclusion, most of our products were printed using a process called sublimation; a process that uses heat to transfer dye into fabric, producing a photo quality image that will never wash out!
Why does my product have a vinegar smell?
When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don't worry, that's not unusual - it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent.
Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment.
The solution is simply to wash the garment! Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after one wash.
